2° Comunicato stampa 01/10/2007

Domani ci sarà la terza festa nazionale per i Nonni Italiani.
Siamo stati i primi a dare risalto a questo appuntamento che riguarda soprattutto i nonni meno fortunati: quelli che hanno i nipoti rapiti e gli altri in "deposito" dentro le case di cura.
Per mettere in risalto questi problemi manifestiamo ogni anno davanti agli Uffici Pubblici responsabili di fare qualcosa per risolvere questi problemi.
A causa della mia malattia avvenuta il 25 agosto (gravissimo incidente calcistico per radunare soldi ad una Scuola di Frosinone) non sarò presente in Piazza e non avrò la possibilità come gli scorsi anni di premiare i Nonni dell'anno e di portare a cena al ristorante un centinaio di anziani ricoverati nella casa di cura.

Dall'informazione ci auguriamo che per una volta all'anno si dedicasse ampio spazio a questi poveracci abbandonati da tutti.
La Festa dei Nonni va rispettata e onorata per quello che è.

Bisogna dedicarla soprattutto agli anziani poveri e bisognosi.
I politici e gli amministratori debbono mettere in lista dei programmi nazionali gli interventi a favore degli anziani.

Domani mattina i nostri attivisti nazionali staranno davanti al Ministero della Pollastrini (Largo Chigi), ministro per le Pari Opportunità.

Ci aspettiamo da tutti il proprio intervento su questa materia.

On next 02/10/2007 the Association Figli Negati will hold a sit-in manifesting for the grandparents, being parents of non-custodial separated children, who as a result of these events are inevitably excluded from the life of their grandchildren.
One of the reasons of this is also, even if not only, because of the non-implementation of share foster care.
The sit-in moreover intends to bring out again all the grandparents who have been suffering for years the unpunished grandchildren abduction.
This year again and also in the time to come, we will ask Parliament to take strict measures in order to punish the despicable crime represented by the abduction of a child.
The law currently speaks about abduction of minor. For this "slight" crime the provisional arrest is not even foreseen after the definitive sentence pronounced by the Court of Cassation.
Sit-in in Rome, in front of the Ministry for Equal Opportunities, Largo Chigi - 02/10/2007 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m.

Le 2 octobre 2007 l’Association Figli negati fera un sit-in pour manifester en faveur des grands-parents, parents d’enfants séparés qui n’ont pas la garde de leurs propres enfants, et qui suite à de tels évènements se retrouvent inévitablement expulsés de fait de la vie de leurs petits-enfants.
L’une des raisons de cette expulsion en est aussi le manque d’application de la garde conjointe.
Le sit-in a pour objectif d’autre part de remettre en évidence tous les grands-parents qui ont subi depuis des années l’enlèvement de leurs petits-enfants sans que cet acte soit puni de quelque façon que ce soit.
Cette année et pour celles à venir, une prise de mesures sévères sera demandée au Parlement afin que l’infâme délit représenté par l’enlèvement d’un enfant soit puni.
Actuellement la loi parle de soustraction de mineur. Pour ce « léger » délit, l’arrestation de police judiciaire n'est même pas prévue après que la sentence définitive de condamnation en Cassation ait été prononcée.
