Manifestazione l'Armata dei Padri si traveste

Per tutto il giorno, una trentina di attivisti (vestiti da donna) del movimento pacifista Armata dei Padri ha manifestato in largo Chigi, davanti al Ministero delle Pari Opportunità.
Alla terza manifestazione, promossa in occasione dell'anniversario (17 maggio 2006) della dichiarazione dell'Unione Europea che dedicava il 2007 alle pari opportunità per tutti, il ministro Barbara Pollastrini ha ricevuto una delegazione del movimento guidata dal suo fondatore Giorgio Ceccarelli.
Un ora di colloquio cordiale e costruttivo in cui si sono confrontati il ministro e la delegazione dei papà (c'era anche una donna).
I temi toccati sono state le discriminazioni che subiscono i papà in Italia a causa di una cultura che li emargina soprattutto dopo la separazione.
Ci sono state identiche posizioni sulla reale esistenza di una moltitudine di padri separati violenti o insolventi economicamente e affettivamente nei confronti dei figli.
C'è stato però il riconoscimento da parte del ministro che i Nuovi papà sono più responsabili e più vicini ai bisogni dei figli.

Tra le problematiche esposte dal movimento:
1) - la nuova legge sull'affido condiviso non viene applicata dai tribunali. Alcune sentenza sono vessatorie dal punto di vista affettivo ed economico. I padri separati difficilmente riescono a rifarsi una nuova vita.
2) - i rapimenti impuniti dei figli da parte delle madri provocano tragedie continue nelle famiglie italiane.
A pagare il prezzo più alto sono i figli che si vedono togliere prima dai giudici e poi dalle mamme i padri e i nonni paterni.
Il movimento ha chiesto che venga fatta una statistica delle denunce presentate alle autorità giudiziarie di tutto il Paese per scoprire quante di queste vengono archiviate.
Secondo il movimento il 99% delle denunce di sottrazione o rapimento vengono del tutto ignorate e non perseguite con efficacia.
3) - si è chiesto di intervenire nel mondo del lavoro per consentire ai padri separati (nel 90% non affidatari dei figli) di non avere ostacoli sul posto di lavoro in occasione del diritto-dovere di visita con i figli come stabilito dal giudice.
4) - uno dei punti più importanti è stata la richiesta della casa del papà. In Italia ci sono solo strutture per le donne gestite dalle donne pagate coi soldi di tutti.
Non c'è una sola struttura per gli uomini gestita da uomini che aiuti a 360° i padri in difficoltà.

La promessa fatta dal movimento è stata quella di garantire un aiuto anche ai figli, ai nonni e anche alle mamme.
A queste condizioni il Ministro si è resa disponibile anche ad intervenire presso il sindaco di Roma Veltroni.
Il presidente dell'associazione Figli Negati Giorgio Ceccarelli ha promesso al ministro che se non interverrà a risolvere questa ingiustizia della casa provvederà di persona a mettere in vendita o in permuta il suo appartamento per un casale con terreno vicino Roma.

Per risolvere tutte le criticità lamentate dal movimento ci saranno altri incontri e altre trattative con il ministro e il suo staff.

"siamo tutti molto soddisfatti dell'incontro con il ministro" ha dichiarato Ceccarelli.
"La scelta di vestirci da donna con tanto di parrucche, seni finti e gonne, ci ha ripagato.
La civile provocazione con tanto di manifesti e striscioni ( tra tutti "l'Italia è daltonica: vede solo rosa ) e con i palmi della mani timbrati "art.3 costituzione" - "tutti uguali" ha aperto un dialogo con un ministro che ha nel suo incarico il compito prioritario di non discriminare nessuno, i papà compresi".

Manifestation the Fathers' Armada disguises itself

Last 17/05/2007, about thirty activists (disguised as women) of the pacifist movement "Army of Fathers" has manifested in Rome Largo Chigi, in front of the Ministry for Equal Opportunities.
The third manifestation of this kind, promoted on the occasion of the anniversary (17 May 2006) of EU Declaration that which stipulated that 2007 should be the year of equal opportunities for everybody, the Minister Barbara Pollastrini received a delegation of the movement leaded its founder Giorgio Ceccarelli.
One hour for a friendly and constructive confrontation meeting between the Minister and the Fathers’ delegation (accompanied also by a woman).
The topics approached related to discriminations suffered by daddies in Italy because of a culture transforming them, most of all after the separation, in marginalized persons.
The same positions were pointed out with reference to the real existence of a great number of separated fathers being violent or economically and affectionately insolvent with children.
The Minister however acknowledged that New Dads are more responsible and closer to children.

Among the issues presented by the movement :
1) - the new law for shared parenting in foster care is not being applied by the courts.
Some decisions are unconscionable from an emotional and economical point of view.
The separated parents hardly manage in rebuilding a new life.
2) - The unpunished kidnapping of children by mothers are continuously generating tragedies in the Italian families.
Who is paying for those actions are children that are deprived, firstly by judges and then by mothers, of fathers and paternal grandparents.
Movement asked for the drawing up of some statistics with reference to the complaints presented to the judicial authorities in whole the Country in order to point out how many of them have been shelved.
According to the movement, 99% of abduction or kidnapping complaints is being ignored or not effectively prosecuted.
3) - It has been requested to intercede in the world of work for the separated fathers (90% being not custodian of children) to cancel possible obstacles to the right-duty of visiting children as per judge's decree.
4) - One of the most important points has been the request for a home for fathers.
In Italy, the only existing structures are for women, managed by women and paid by everybody.
No structure is existing for men, managed by men in order to give a free of charge assistance to fathers who are in need.

The promise made by the movement was to warrant assistance not only to fathers but also to children, grandparents and mothers.
Under such conditions the Minister declared herself willing to intercede with the Mayor of Rome Veltroni.
The President of the association "Figli Negati" Giorgio Ceccarelli promised to the Minister that in case of lack of intervention to remedy the “home” injustice, he would personally act by selling or exchanging his flat with a farmhouse and land near Rome.

In order to solve all the difficulties pointed out by the movement, others meetings and negotiations will take place with the Minister and her staff.

"We are all very satisfied for the meeting with the Minister" declared Ceccarelli.
"Choosing to dress as women, with wigs, false bosoms and skirts has rewarded us.
The civil provocation with posters and banners (one of which 'Italy is colour-blind: only seeing pink') together with the writings on our hand palms -art.3 constitution a all equals allowed the opening of a dialogue with a Minister whose top duty is not discriminating anybody, daddies included".

Manifestation l'Armée des Pères se déguise

Le 17/05/2007, une trentaine d'activistes (habillés en femmes) du mouvement pacifiste "Armée des Pères " a manifesté largo Chigi, devant le Ministère pour la Parité.
A la troisième manifestation, promue à l'occasion de l'anniversaire 17 mai 2006) de la déclaration de l'Union Européenne qui dédiait l'année 2007 à la parité pour tous, le Ministre Barbara Pollastrini a reçu une délégation du mouvement guidé par son fondateur Giorgio Ceccarelli.
Une heure de colloque cordial et constructif durant lequel le Ministre et la délégation des papas (accompagné également par une femme) se sont confrontés.
Les thèmes abordés ont été les discriminations que subissent les papas en Italie à cause d'une culture qui en fait des émarginés surtout après la séparation.
Les mêmes positions ont été mises en évidence quant à la réelle existence d'une multitude de pères séparés violents ou insolvables économiquement et affectivement par rapport aux enfants.
Cependant le Ministre a reconnu que les Nouveaux papas sont plus responsables et plus proches des enfants.

Parmi les problématiques exposées par le mouvement :
1) - la nouvelle loi pour la garde partagée n'est pas appliquée par les tribunaux.
Certaines sentences sont vexatoires du point de vue affectif et économique. Les pères séparés réussissent difficilement à se reconstruire une vie.
2) - les enlèvements impunis des enfants de la part de mères provoquent des tragédies continuelles au sein des familles italiennes.
Qui en fait les frais sont les enfants qui se voient privés en premier lieu par les juges et ensuite par les mères, des pères et des grands-parents paternels.
Le mouvement a demandé la réalisation d’une étude statistique sur les dénonciations présentées aux autorités judiciaires de tout le Pays afin de découvrir combien d'entre elles sont mises aux archives.
D'après le mouvement 99% des dénonciations de soustraction ou enlèvement sont complètement ignorées et non poursuivies avec efficacité.
3) - il a été demandé une intervention dans le monde du travail afin de consentir aux pères séparés (dans 90% des cas, non tuteurs des enfants) de ne plus trouver d'obstacles sur le lieu de travail quant au droit-devoir de visite aux enfants suivant la déclaration du juge.
4) - l'un des points les plus importants a été la demande d'une maison du papa.
En Italie seules existent des structures pour les femmes,gérées par des femmes, payées avec l'argent de tout le monde.
Il n'y a pas une seule structure pour les hommes gérée par des hommes qui aident à 360° les pères en difficulté.
La promesse faite par le mouvement a été celle de garantir une aide également aux enfants, aux grands-parents ainsi qu'aux mamans.
A de telles conditions le Ministre s'est déclaré disponible pour intervenir également auprès du Maire de Rome Veltroni.

Le président de l'association Figli Negati Giorgio Ceccarelli a promis au Ministre qu'en cas de non intervention pour résoudre cette injustice de la "maison", il prendra des mesures personnelles et mettra en vente ou échangera son propre appartement pour une ferme avec terrain près de Rome.

Afin de résoudre toutes les difficultés exprimées par le mouvement, d'autres rencontres et négociations auront lieu avec le Ministre et son équipe.

"Nous sommes tous très satisfaits de la rencontre avec le Ministre" a déclaré Ceccarelli.
"Notre choix de nous habiller en femmes, avec perruques faux seins et jupes, nous a récompensés.
La provocation civile accompagnée de manifestes et banderoles dont "l'Italie est daltonienne: elle n'y voit que du rose) ainsi que les inscriptions sur les paumes des mains "art.3 constitution" - "tous égaux " a permis l'ouverture d'un dialogue avec un ministre dont l'une des responsabilités prioritaires est celle de ne discriminer personne, papas y compris."
